I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Ellesmere Port, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was pretty much straight forward. I was just asked general questions about previous employment, or situations. It didn't take much more than 10-15 minutes. The one thing I disliked outside of this, is how Aldi listed the job as full-time. During the interview, I was then informed it would be 15 hours.
I had an interview with an area manager of the company, who asked me questions describing myself, why I want the job and how i can help the team. After answering the questions, i was told that i would find out in the next coupke of days if I had gotten the job or not.
