The interview involved 3 rounds of personal interviews. The first was the HR Round. The second round was with the Head of ALPLA Academy, Technical Round. The third round was with the VP of HR, Organisational Fit Round. The interviewers seemed more interested in the candidates personal history that his/her capabilities. Also there is no follow-up from their end, the candidate had to follow-up to find out what happens next.
