Casual interview with generic questions regarding lab experience, ability to work in team environment, and flexibility regarding working hours. They also gave a tour of the lab. The interview was conducted by one of the lead technicians along with the head of the inorganics department.

Job description was posted online and I applied by submitting my resume. I received a phone call about a week or so afterwards and setup an interview. The interview went really well, the hiring manager was very nice and explained the company's goals and the position very well and extensively. The working environment seemed great.
