They invited for an online assessment followed by initial screening interview. After that said will get back to me but never did even though they themselves said that my application was being considered and they just needed more time.

Il/la recruiter ha iniziato a darmi del tu senza chiedere il permesso e mi ha posto domande senza senso; mi ha poi chiesto subito la RAL, a cui ho risposto col mio precedente stipendio, e mi son sentito dire che era troppo alto, implicando che la mia professionalità e competenza non è sufficiente o è stata mal giudicata in passato.
