Sono stata contattata da un HR in seguito alla mia candidatura. È seguito un primo colloquio telefonico, che non ha avuto esito positivo in quanto l’azienda era alla ricerca di un profilo differente rispetto al mio. Very repetitive and not particularly engaging. Over the course of a few weeks I spoke to 3 different members of the team, and each stage was almost identical.
Each conversation essentially centred around the same purpose and with the same questions. It felt very repetitive - each time I had to explain what happened in the last interview, and I had to repeat answers that I had given in previous rounds.
