Had a first phone call, where I was debriefed about Alten. I was asked to introduce myself, and then provide details like salary expectations, location, etc. Was invited to interview, but declined. From the call and my own research, it seems like the role was more of plain cold calling rather than actually managing the recruitment process, so it wasn't a good fit for me.

Too many interview stages for a simple position, had to go through 4 stages for an internship role application, it was the same thing over and over, nothing new, just different people asking.

4-stage process. 1. Recruiter Screen - 30 minutes 2. Face-to-face in the office - 90 minutes 3. Deliver a Presentation - 45 minutes 4. Final Teams with MD - 30 minutes
