The interview process was fairly easy. The recruiter reached out to me and there were three rounds of interviews. The first round was behavioural questions and getting to know the company and the hiring process. The second round is more technical with questions related to the specific field. The final round is again an evaluation of your suitability for the company. At the end of the final round, I was told that I would be offered a role. The salary negotiation and the start date were also agreed upon. But thereafter there has been no communication whatsoever from the company despite repeated efforts to reach out to them by mail and LinkedIn. The interview itself was a pretty positive experience but the fact that the company does not respond even after being told that I am offered a role is appalling and makes one wonder how they would actually treat you after you get into the company.
