Interview
It was a casual conversation about their VIE program and the job positions that they were looking to offer related to Power Engineering. The interview was online because we were in different countries.
Introductory call, 2 interviews and a skill assessment. The interviews were all quite standard and the skill assessment was a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge regarding software engineering fundamentals
