First call it was very nice. No complains. But the interview was awful. the interviewer on the other side was just full of himself and I had a feeling he doesn't want me there. I refused because the salary offer was a lot lower than what we talked about in a call.

Very good , taken by business manager and then by experienced business manager. Last is by HR and the technical specialist. It depends on the project and the field and the level of experience
