HR contacted first. 1st interview with HR, normal introduction. 2nd interview with business manager, mainly introduction and your profile. Online test. 3rd interview with technical managers and lead developers at ALTEN or the company they are outsourcing you. Technical interview was not a good experience. After a brief introduction there are theoretical questions of the language they need you to code with (C++ for example) and then a 30 min live coding test with no google available. Bad experience, theory and a random small test that does not correspond to real world coding and everyday working experience.
