Interview
Quick process, multiple levels of validation. Questions were at high level and competency based, not very technical. Technical validation is through the end-client. Offer low salaries but opportunity to work for good companies. It is effectively a job agency with a specialisation and get involved more with their client in matching the requirements to candidate. Interviewers are not highly technically competent but, those with a brief engineering background with more of a business focus.
