Got call from recruiter about this company. As he said company is interested after looking at my profile. I agreed for 1-1 Interview. In interview there was hiring manager and hr manager. It was pretty straight forward. This company is in aeronautics and defence. After interview there was factory walk. I did not see anybody working as it is very low volume production. I also was shocked to see so laid back approach of management in shop floor. They also shared that they have employees 40 years experience and have lot of problems because of this.
