They had you come in, talk to a manager a little bit, take a wonderlic test, and then do more general questioning. I came in looking to impress. Don't do that. You need to thread a needle and not score too highly for an entry level job, but also score above 20 or so to pass. It sounded like if you don't hit that mark you're out. The whole process was kind of a joke.
