I would like to share an experience here, First Email for Video Interview with HR through Microsoft Teams, I nailed it. Second Email I got for a Behavioral Question Interview where 5 People were present and constantly throwing back-to-back question for entry level position but that's fine they all had free time as it was in December around Christmas. During interview they mentioned for third around with different teams. Out of 5 from previous round 3 were the same people so They asked me all Technical related questions and having 6+ years of experience I answered all the questions in STAR format. It also went well and during third round they also mentioned for Fourth round, and I was waiting and in a week on Saturday I got an automated email stating Unfortunately we are not moving forward with your application. There were no Courtesy Shown from HR for my rejection. all I can see is an Automated email and They wasted my whole one month I was Call in my Current Workplace just to show my Professionalism that I am really very interested in a Growing company, and I wanted that, Job. Now Everything I took it positively as I did not lose a good company, but they lost a good employee. everything is an Experience in life, so I am not blaming for their Funny hiring System. So, think before giving interview You can used as their free time. NO body takes a seriously the way you take them seriously remember.
