Phone interview, in person interview and then a third in person interview. I met with 3 community managers from various properties. It was very conversational, felt very warm and comfortable. They are selective about the people they hire because they want to make sure to hire on the right person.

They asked me what my interests were outside of work. It threw me off because I hadn’t prepared for such a casual question.
