Not hard. Seemed friendly and supportive. Background checks completed. Getting all requirements completed was a hassle because they don't know where to send you. Nurse managers call you and interview over the phone.
Interview process for travel jobs are done through an automated system with questions and answers are scored. The company does some coaching prior to the interview. It was an easy process to follow.
