I spoke directly with HR in San Diego. He setup the phone and in-person interview with the department managers. The interviewing was conducted over a 1.5 wk span. I was told that a decision would be made about my candidacy in 3-5 business days. This was in mid-July. I still have not been officially told anything about my application.
I reached back out to HR in San Diego, the hiring mgr in Coppell, and HR in Coppell. No response even to say they are not moving forward with me.
I find that very unprofessional, and indicative of a place that will cut corners as long as no one says anything. I am very qualified so this was one of many options, but in 15 yrs of IT experience this was one of the worst interviewing experiences that I’ve had. From the people I met at AMN, I truly expected better. Maybe not working there is a blessing in disguise...
Please feel free to apply there, just don’t be surprised if they ghost you afterwards...
