I went through three interviews and a job shadow. The same day as the job shadow I was informed I’d hear back by the following week. Heard nothing. A week later, the recruiter emailed me and stated all interviews were complete and I’d hear back shortly that day. Still nothing. A week later I had to email the recruiter (my app is still showing in progress ). She didn’t respond to my email, but called me three hours later to inform me the position was full. She then offered to move my app to another RC role. At the time I was undecided and she stated she’d send me the JD by email in the meantime. I emailed her an hour later to let her know I wanted to move forward, but had not received the JD by email. No response. Then my app was declined in workday. I receive an email a day later apologizing for the delay with the JD and was told my app could be moved over. I also received a call by this same recruiter that they made a mistake and had been updating another person with the same name but thought it was me. It made for a horrible candidate experience and I hope going forward this does not happen again.

I was contacted by a talent specialist after applying online who did an initial behavioral interview before sending me an online assessment that asked sales related questions. Following this I was scheduled for an interview with who would be my immediate supervisor and a talent director. The hour long interview consisted of basic behavioral questions. As I answered the questions they built upon my answers to get more detail out of the scenario. The same day I did this interview a verbal offer was extended.

Two separate interviews. First was to confirm experience and skills. Second included more behavioral questions. Second interview was under an hour. Recruiters and interviewers were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process.
