It was very informative as the internal recruiter had experience in the department for which the job order was for. Had the opportunity to interview and ask questions from multiple level hierarchy in the division. Made my decision easy to continue w/ all rounds of interview process and acceptance of offer. There were multiple rounds of interviews but efficient.
