Question 1
Discussed experience and qualifications for the role
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMN Healthcare in Jan 2022
Interview
I submitted an application on the website and a recruiter responded to schedule a screening call.
The screening call with the recruiter was awkward. He didn't seem to know much about the role and when asking about benefits, culture, growth, etc. he gave the most boring, bare-boned responses. I questioned wanting to work for this company after speaking with him.
After the screening call I was emailed an assessment.
Then a 1st round interview was scheduled with a hiring manager who was very engaging and enjoyable to speak with and renewed my interest in AMN.
A 2nd round interview was set up with another hiring manager. This one was not as enjoyable as the first. She came in immediately questioning why I was applying for this role as I did not have a background in healthcare (which wasn't a requirement in the requisition). She spent most of the interview speaking about the role in a manner that seemed like she was trying to prove and convince me that I was not a good fit, barely asking me any questions.
I reached out to the recruiter a few days later for the status as I had not heard anything from him and he responded with the most unprofessional email, filled with missing and misspelled words letting me know they were going in a different direction.
Complete waste of time.

Question 1
Tell me about about your current role and how is it relevant to this job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMN Healthcare in Jan 2022
Interview
Terrible recruiter! 1st recruiter called he barely knew the ins and outs of the role. He was dry and not really pleasant. He sent a assessment then scheduled me with one hiring manager very kind and explain the role better. Second interviewer also another hiring manager, very kind and informative about the role. Recruiter reached out to ask for my resume to be updated with experience which it makes no sense, he was aware I had transferable skills. (1 yr minimum of sales, customer service OR recruitment) never replied back. When I followed up he gave me the most rude and nonchalant answer about how I have no experience and to stay away from those type of roles. Job requirements is misleading. This says a lot about the company.
