Spoke with recruiter and then had interview with hiring manager. Both people I spoke to were knowledgable and respectful. Unfortunately, the interview was the last i heard from ANSER. I sent a thank you and two follow-up emails over the next month but sadly was ultimately ghosted. All that to say: don't take ghosting personally, it might just be part of their recruiting culture.

Tell me about a time you experienced a challenge and what solutions you created to overcome it.
The interview process was fantastic. The recruiter was very communitive and responsive. Was a great learning experience for me. If I had the chance again would love to interview for the company.
Phone interview with HR recruiter. She came off rude and condescending when it came to the interview. Very unprofessional. Gave me a bad impression overall of the company itself.
