Contacted by upper level person at 8:30pm at night. She said we met in the kitchen when I worked there. She wanted to present my resume for a proposal. This means the job she contacted me for was not funded. I gave her my resume and signed the form and sent that to her. Two weeks later, company sent me a contingent job offer for the same low salary I had when I worked there before. I was so humiliated by this very low offer to return, that I sent a polite email indicating the salary offer was too low and that I had made $23,000 more at my previous employer. They never changed the job offer so I allowed the electronic file to expire. You would think that company understands that to hire back an employee they terminated only five months before would inspire them to offer more money. The company does not seem to understand employment recruiting dynamics well. I do not recommend working here.
