Very insightful and thorough process! Multiple touchpoints during the process to ensure the culture fit worked well for both parties instead of just filling a position. I was encouraged and able to meet my co-workers before accepting the position which was super helpful in helping me solidify my decision. My direct leader was open to any and all questions throughout the process which was great and very telling of how much trust and communication is utilized within the organization. Very pleased!
