Good interview process. Well structured throughout and consisted of many interviews with relevant staff throughout the organization which contributed to my understanding of expectations. Questions made sense. Overall Positive and logical process.

Process involved meeting w/ 3-4 members of the team for about 30 min. 2 of the interviews were behavioral and 2 focused more on experience and technicals. Did not receive an offer as they selected a candidate w/ more experience at the end.

Interview was on the phone, the communication of interviewer was not very clear. I have the impression that the interviewer may be looking at questions while asking questions but was not realizing that interviewee can't see the questions.
The questions were simple and face to face may be a better alternative.
