Applied through university. 30 minute first round interview. Almost entirely technical, very few behavioral questions. I was asked why I wanted to work for AQR and then they went straight into the technical exercise.

Extremely negative. I have never interviewed a company so unprofessional. After a coding test that I aced I had an interview with HR which went well. They cancelled the next one without even letting me know. I think this company lacks the etiquette and integrity of a company that you want to work for.
