Applied through campus recruiting, one interview on campus and superday onsite. They don't send people home in the middle of the day like other firms do. Started by taking a paper test divided into a finance, computer science, and math section. Six interviews with a lunch break in between.

Very casual interview. The guy was super friendly and was smiling all the time. Went over resume, research projects, career goals, why AQR and other standard questions. All behavioral questions for the phone/video screening. Got invited to super day.
