Interview
It was very casual, and largely behavioral. We talked about my experience in school and other internships, and what led me to AQR. We also talked about quantitative investing and any papers that I had read on the website.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AQR Capital Management (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
30min Mc questions, probability math, CS Core Fundamentals- OOPs, DBMS, OS, Networking. First round deep dive resume, second round live coding on HackerRank, DSA not difficult you just have to know how to code the basics, statistics and math problems, then an onsite 4 hour back to back interview.
Interviewers are friendly, and they always ask follow up questions. Technical Interviews also include resume related questions. Overall positive experience and everyone is nice, but unfortunately I was rejected. Company culture seems academic and people are smart
