Very straightforward and conversational interview process, interviewed with members from multiple teams within the Business Development department. Spoke with a mix of analysts, associates, and MDs and all of them were personable and made the process very stress-free.

I applied through university after an info session and networking session with some employees. First round phone interview, mostly resume related and interest questions. Final round interview was about 4 hours and met with about 7 different employees working in business development. They asked about AQR strategies, behavioral, fit and resume related questions. Nothing numeric or or case based. The interview process and environment was really great and never felt pressured or intense.
