One on one with team lead after phone screen with internal recruiter. Phone screen was behavioral only whereas the interview with the team lead went more into past research and technical questions around model selection, data handling, and stress testing.

Very smooth. Got an interview with them through their discovery program - and skipped the OA and screen because of it. They started the interview cycle for people in this program months earlier than the normal cycle
