After spending almost 2 hours interviewing (most of which was with an unprofessionally appearing “Director”), I never heard a word back. I felt the interviews were rigid, which perhaps contributed to my nervousness during interviewing. Lighten up people, dang! I professionally asked for an update on a decision and I was given a “we moved on with other candidates” email. I was really disappointed, but also inquisitive as to why that decision was made after so long interviewing. I professionally sent a request for constructive criticism on my interview techniques, which according to the Recruiter he forwarded. Never heard a word back. Since I now have a wonderful job offer lined up, I am quite relieved I did not hear back from this unprofessional company who acted very sketchy throughout my interview process. I will not recommend ArchWell to any colleagues or seniors I know. Thank you!
