I received a call from a recruiter who then quickly set up an interview with the Manager of the Market Support Champion team. The interview was your typical scenario-based round of questions, but nothing too challenging. Not long after she set me up to do a final panel interview; similar to the initial interview, the questions were scenario-based (Star Method) questions; the ladies interviewing me were all nice and they mentioned this would be the final round of interviews, and that I would hear back from the hiring team within a two week window. After a week of silence, I wrote the Manager thanking her for her and the teams’ time in interviewing me, asked if there were any updates, and reaffirmed my interest in the role. Radio silence. I have very little respect for hiring teams that make mention they will follow up with you, only to ghost you and move on without further notice. It’s disrespectful unprofessional behavior, especially considering I’ve taken the time to prepare and show up on time for each of their interviews, and follow up with them accordingly. I do not recommend this place.
