Interview
It is a group interview. Twenty or so people there, where you split up in group of three where they test you on merchandising skills, customer complaint skills, and sales skills.
Very friendly staff, very welcoming and a comfortable interview. Gave me lots of inform about the job and asked me questions about why I want the job and what I would bring to the team. Also spoke about my interests outside of work and what I do with my spare time
