Took about a month from applying to interview. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager and would be counterpart. The hiring manager told me over and over the other lady in the room has seniority and he would always go to her with questions, which was very odd. He also told me I was overqualified for the position and they seemed very micromanage-y with their staff. Very disappointed with this company for completely ghosting me after the interview. Not even a 'thanks for coming in'. 3 months later the job is still open too.
