3 round interview process, 1 on 1 for first 2 and then a board of 3 interviewers for last stage with top management, last stage included a presentation that needed to be prepared beforehand.

Question 1
Why do you want to work of ASSA ABLOY? What do you know about the company?
First round will be a call from HR recruiter to talk to you about your past experiences and to see how you respond in different situations. Typical HR questions. Positive experience from first round as HR recruiter was a young / fresh grad and was very relatable to.
Second round will be by a hiring manager. No difficult questions but for a company trying to expand its operations around the world, they seem to be resistant to fresh ideas and new strategies. They were fixated on very pedantic things.
