Second interview was another story. A manager and 2 developers participated. One of them had the camera very low so he was filming from bottom to top. He kept interrupting me during the interview. They asked so many things. I got the feeling they were looking for a whole IT-department. The job ad has been out there for more than a year. I would be surprised if they find someone that can fulfill all their requirements.
