I interviewed for the Contact Center Management Specialist back in early May. The interview was very easy as it was basically getting to know who you are, your experience, and why you want to work at ASUS. Interview process composes of three sessions, but unfortunately I only completed one session because the recruiter "ghosted" me after. I am disappointed in the processes because I was told that the next interview will be scheduled the prior week, but I never received anything not even when I sent a follow up email as well. It was very unprofessional and leaves a bitter taste towards ever wanting to work for the company. I have a friend that had also applied for the same position, completed one interview, promised that the next interview will be scheduled but ended up hearing nothing back with no rejection as well. Keep in mind that all of this is happening during the COVID 19 shelter in place order, so I understand that things can be ambiguous but not replying or sending follow ups are no excuses that only take two minutes out of the day. I don't believe I will ever seek career opportunity with ASUS ever again due to my experience. Find another company that will at least respect your time and send a rejection email/phone call at the least.
