Initial phone interview. Very easy to work with the HR dept. Asked questions related to skills, past experience, industry knowledge and compensation. Next step was 1:1 in person interviews. Same types of questions including feeling me out for personal fit for the culture. Avg interview process but HR moved quickly and made the offer quickly.
