The interview process is good, somehow, it differs from manager.
If it's a good manager, you'll be tested in a C programming language, or asked some technical questions.
If it's a bad manager, your interview will be canceled just by a phone call because his son is sick and he has no mood to interview you.
Sad thing is that some good one left.
