After, was contacted for a phone interview w/ other recruiter, which then scheduled an in person interview. Once passed that in person interview, was scheduled for a language proficiency test for spanish on the phone. Normal drug tests as well. Process took about a month.

The initial call took a while . I applied in July received a call in Mid to late August for an interview . The interview went great ! A lot of questions ! The key is to answer in STAR format . I would answer in complete sentences . The interviewer is looking to be "WOW'D! " . I was told after the interview If you do really good you would get asked more situational questions . I was notified that I will be moving on to the store manager interview during the phone interview . My store interview was next day ! It went great ! More STAR format but this time I didn't receive as many questions . I did get a chance to sell myself and express why AT&T. After the interview I was offered the job on the spot after my bilingual test !

Interview
Was interviewed by a young men pleasant man who had an assistant writing down responses relating to former work experiences. Mind you by no means are these basic questions. They are complex and seem repetitive. Lastle, there is a small role play with the interviewer to sell a company product. Small chit chat down the elevator which is kind of strange, but be prof. Finally, the following day rec'd co email I did not pass the interview since your answers have to pass a certain score which is explained at the beginning of the interview.
