Group team interview. Everyone was polite and shared experiences about their time with the company. They explained the role, what experience was needed and the expectation the engineers mindset should be in.

The phone interview was long. Around 60 minutes. During the onsite interview I was interviewed by 4 staff, for 45 minutes each. They only asked technical questions. They did not ask much about my previous jobs.
