Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you think you'd be good for this job? Why do you want to work for this company? Where do you see yourself in 1-5 years working here?
The interview process for the AT&T call center was pretty straightforward and not too hard. I applied online, did a short phone screen, and then had a simple interview with a supervisor who asked basic customer service questions. Nothing tricky... they mostly wanted to see if I could talk normally, handle upset customers, and follow instructions. After that, there was a quick computer test to make sure I could type and move through screens. Once I passed the background check, they gave me a start date. Overall, it was a smooth, average process and not stressful.
