Waste of time for a former employee. Should have been more direct. Left the company on good terms because of lost hours when they bought direcTv. Came back this year to hire on in the same state just further south where help was needed.

those are random, I got a actual interview as a former employee. Another person got a BS session about what shop he used to work at in Houston and all that crap. He didn't even get a interview and was hired. I knew more than the 2 numb skulls that interviewed me and was denied.
Panel interview. Star format. 3 different interviews. 3 month hiring process. Drug test. Extensive background check. Contact five references. Five questions during interview. Six weeks training and on job training.

The interview process for me was quite simple. We had a zoom meeting where everyone selected for the position from various States were in attendance. The hiring manager described the job description and other related details about the position. And later, job offer was sent, if you accepted, then training details like location of the training, hotel accommodation etc. was sent to inbox.
