      Sales Support Representative Interview

      Sep 19, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at AT&T

      Interview

First there was an assessment online then a phone interview and then I interviewed with three different managers. I spoke to a regional manager and he forwarded my resume to two other store managers. One of those store managers was extremely rude he didn't even look at my face when interviewing the other one which offerred me the position was a lot more friendly he seemed to be going based of a sheet. *basically be super upbeat, friendly and smile a lot that's what they're looking for someone who is upbeat and friendly

      Sales Support Representative Interview

      Apr 20, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Grenada, MS
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I applied in-person. I interviewed at AT&T (Grenada, MS) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Unprofessional, Rude. Interview was never one on one, Manager kept viewing the monitors and spying on the employees and running in and out of the interview. He kept blasting the former employee that she was an under performer, not energetic, lacked personality because she was too pretty and pregnant, etc. Overall I was not impressed and never felt comfortable that I was in the running for the position. In addition, he kept throwing other positions at me to consider instead of what I was being interviewed for. His youth and inexperienced at management and very unprofessional. Floor sales reps didn't care to speak more about the position other than it was "A JOB TO PAY THE BILLS". In my opinion, the store is nice, floor sales reps were helpful, but the manager skills need improvement.
