The interview was online with two previous member of the TDP program. They first went over what is to be expected of the program. They later asked questions that were related more to data science as it says in the job description.

I applied through a link on my university's Handshake. I received an assessment invitation about 2 weeks after applying, which ended up being moreso business-oriented. I got a technical interview invite a little over a month after completing this assessment. The technical interview focused on topics like data analysis and automation, and it was with two TDP grads, and it was pretty easy. I got an invite to the final behavioral interview later that same day. The behavioral interview was with the director of the TDP program, and it was fairly conversational with a few standard STAR type questions and more information about the program. I received an offer about two weeks after that final interview.
