The interview process was at the corporate branch downtown in Indianapolis for Greenwood based sales position. The interviewer was 30 minutes late to our scheduled interview. The process was too mechanic in nature with no deviation from the promts given on her iPad. During the entire process the interviewer was more focus on the iPad rather than on what I was saying.

Many questions were focused on why I was looking to leave my current position.
It is a basic customer service and teamwork questions. Asks you to teach them how to do something you're passionate about. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Laid back but professional, answered all my questions as well.
