i sent an online application, they sent me an email to let me know i made it throught the next step, an online video presentation answering a few questions. a good and reliable web cam is important.

basic interview questions such as: why do you want to qork in at&t, what would you bring to the company, describe your last work experience, etc
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
