Interview
first there was a language test. which was quite serious ( :) ) with audio listening and grammar tests. second part of interviewing was with one of managers. it was friendly, comfortable, relaxed. no disturbing questions like 'what do you see yourself in 5 years' or 'tell us why we should hire you'. interviewer described the issue customer might be calling about (really simple) and you were trying to assist him. that is how they checked your level of language and intelligence. for the moment that was the best interview I`ve ever had
Simple and straightforward interview process, nothing too difficult for a basic level position. Got the job, but hated the company. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to really work here. Not really a good position choice.
It was related to sales as well so one of the questions was ‘act as if you were to sell me the smartphone that you own’. It wasn’t too hard nor too easy.

Did not get an offer but interview process was smooth and polite. Good overall impression, they provided feedback on time. Questions were general and the interview felt like nice conversation.
