      Retail Sales Representative Interview

      Jan 2, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Indianapolis, IN
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2014

      Interview

Horrible and rude experience with the redhead lady from hell. She doesn't smile, she asks the same typical questions about your sales background and has you sell or teach her something new. If this is the kind of personalities at&t are looking for than there's no way I'd want to be a part of that. By the way, if your hired you get the leftover shifts that people don't want, until you have been there the longest.

      Retail Sales Representative Interview

      Mar 11, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Myers, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2022

      Interview

The easiest interview I’ve ever done. I applied on indeed with my resume. 2 days later I get a call from the store manager asking if I was available for an interview the following day to which I said yes. That same day before my interview the manager sends me a tex that I’m literally already hired, but he still wanted to do the interview to put a face to the name. (I previously worked for a year with Cricket and I have currently been two years in Metro by T-Mobile).The following day comes and as scheduled, I do my interview which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes just asking basic questions and explaining a little bit how commission worked and how I was going to get paid. All was done through FaceTime, quick and painless. Later that day, the same day I did my interview I get another text from the manager saying that I start in 2 weeks so I put my 2 weeks at my current job and as this point in time that I’m writing this review I am still waiting to start at AT&T 2 weeks from today
