applied online. got a email to do a over the phone interview with about 30 other potential candidates. it was more like a intro to the position. then got called in to take assessment test and one on one interview the same day. then got an offer to take the position the next day but before starting the position i had to submit a background check and pay stubs for the past 5 years. even for employers that were out of business.
