After passing the personality test, you are selected to take the person Assessment test. Make sure to study and review. Then you will be invited to an RJP where u will be interviewed. Questions are general customer service related issues, like one was: How would you deal with an angry customer after she or she says her home was not wired properly?

The Interview process was simple for me as I was moving from a different department into IEFS. It was a group interview. The candidates were asked a series of basic questions related to basic troubleshooting and customer service scenarios.

Easy interview but very little information given on job requirements or what job will entail, very little information given provided as to pay or benefits. Interviewed by upper management that you will never see afterwards.
Easy interview. Just make sure that you show up on time and to the right facility as well. You also will need a phone to effectively receive and send off documents to your superiors.
